Privacy Policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

This policy explains what personal information CPR Class Listing collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. CPR Class Listing is a directory operated by North Valley Solutions.

What this policy covers

It covers this website: the class search, the provider directory, provider accounts and the blog.

It does not cover what a training provider does with your details once you register for a class with them. Providers are separate businesses, and their own privacy policy applies to your booking.

Information providers give us

When you open a provider account, you give us the information below.

  • Account details: your email address and password, which our authentication provider manages for us.
  • Business details you publish: business name, description, address, service area, phone, email, website, photos, certifying agencies, course offerings and languages spoken.
  • Class details: dates, times, prices, seats and the registration link for each class you add or sync.
  • Billing details: your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your subscription status, and the last four digits Stripe shows us. Card numbers are held by Stripe, never by us.
  • Settings and notices: whether you want schedule sync emails, and the classes you dismissed during a sync review.

Information visitors send us

You can search the directory without an account. When you use the site, your browser sends standard technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages and listings you open. We keep aggregate counts of profile and class views so providers can see how their listing performs.

If you use the location search, your browser shares an approximate location for that search so we can find classes near you.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass provider contact details to other businesses for their own marketing.

  • To publish and operate the directory, and to show students classes and providers near them.
  • To run provider accounts: reminders about a listing, schedule sync results, and billing notices.
  • To keep listings accurate and the directory free of misuse, including confirming that a business is a real training provider.
  • To measure traffic and see which pages and classes people find useful.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

These companies work on our instructions and only for the purposes above. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of the directory, providers and students.

  • Stripe, for provider memberships and payments.
  • Base44, which hosts the site, the database and the file storage.
  • Mapping and geocoding services, which turn a street address into map coordinates.
  • Email delivery services, which send account and notice emails.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses cookies and browser storage for a few things: keeping you signed in to a provider account, remembering notices you have dismissed, and counting page views. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time, though blocking them can stop provider sign in from working.

How long we keep information

Provider accounts and listings are kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so an account can be restored or a dispute resolved. Classes that have taken place stay in your account history. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, or to object to some uses of it. Send us a request through the contact details on northvalleysolutions.co and we will respond.

  • You can update your business details, classes and articles at any time from your provider dashboard.
  • You can turn schedule notice emails off in your account settings.
  • You can ask us to correct or delete your account and listing.
  • If you booked a class with a provider and want your details changed or removed, contact that provider directly. We do not hold their registration records.

Security

Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and data is encrypted in transit. Only app administrators can reach provider records. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

Provider accounts are for businesses and adults, and you must be 18 or older to open one. Classes are attended by students of all ages, but students register with the provider rather than with us, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.

Questions

Questions about privacy can be sent to us through the contact details published on northvalleysolutions.co.
