What students see on a class page
Which details appear on a class page, and which fields you can leave out.
Every class you publish gets its own page in the directory. The course, the date, the start time and the registration link are what it needs; everything else is optional and simply does not show when it is blank.
Step by step
- 1
The top of the page
The class name, date and time, location, price, class size and the Register button sit at the top, with the agency, format and language underneath.
- 2
The details list
Format, class size, certification valid for, card type and language appear in the details once you have filled them in.
- 3
Notes for students
A short description shows under the title, and What to bring gets its own section further down. Both are optional.
- 4
Where the class is held
The address, city and state appear with a map when the location has coordinates, so students can see how far it is.
- 5
The provider panel
Your business name, logo, a link to your full profile and your main registration page sit beside the class, along with other upcoming classes of yours that students can compare.

Everything here is self service
Your profile, classes, repeating schedules, schedule sync, spreadsheet imports, articles, notifications and your membership can all be set up and changed from your own dashboard, without asking us.
If you are stuck, read the guide for the step you are on first (see all guides), and search the help center for the words on the screen. That covers almost everything.
Still need a hand? Email mike@northvalleysolutions.com with what you were trying to do and what happened on screen, and we will help you through it.
