Edit, duplicate or cancel a class
Change the details of a class, copy it to a new date, or take one off the schedule.
Classes stay editable after you publish them, and cancelling keeps the class in your list for your records rather than deleting it.
Step by step
- 1
Open My Classes
The Upcoming and Past tabs show how many classes are in each, and the filters narrow the list by course, location and dates.
- 2
Edit a class
Use the pencil on the row, or the Edit button on a phone. Change anything and save. A class you have edited by hand is never overwritten by a later sync.
- 3
Duplicate a class
The copy button makes a new class with the same course, location, price and registration link. A date in the past is moved a week ahead, so the copy is in the future.
- 4
Cancel a class
The cross button sets the class to Cancelled. Students no longer find it in search, and the class stays in your list.

Everything here is self service
Your profile, classes, repeating schedules, schedule sync, spreadsheet imports, articles, notifications and your membership can all be set up and changed from your own dashboard, without asking us.
If you are stuck, read the guide for the step you are on first (see all guides), and search the help center for the words on the screen. That covers almost everything.
Still need a hand? Email mike@northvalleysolutions.com with what you were trying to do and what happened on screen, and we will help you through it.
