What each class status means
Scheduled, Cancelled, Past and Needs review, and what students can see in each state.
Every class carries one status, shown as a coloured chip in your class list and in the Sync review list. It decides whether students can find that class.
Step by step
- 1
Scheduled
The class is published and students can find it in search. This is the normal state, and it is what a new class or a duplicate starts as.
- 2
Cancelled
The class is out of search but stays in your list, so you keep the record. Use it whenever a class is not going ahead.
- 3
Past
The date has passed. Past classes move to the Past tab and stop appearing in search.
- 4
Needs review
Sync found this class on your schedule page while automatic publishing was off. It is not public until you publish it from the Sync page.
- 5
Full
Used when a class has filled up. The class stays visible in your list with a Full chip.

Everything here is self service
Your profile, classes, repeating schedules, schedule sync, spreadsheet imports, articles, notifications and your membership can all be set up and changed from your own dashboard, without asking us.
If you are stuck, read the guide for the step you are on first (see all guides), and search the help center for the words on the screen. That covers almost everything.
Still need a hand? Email mike@northvalleysolutions.com with what you were trying to do and what happened on screen, and we will help you through it.
