Import your classes from a spreadsheet
Upload a CSV of your classes and publish the whole schedule in one go.
If your schedule lives in a spreadsheet, the Import page turns every row into its own listing. Nothing to install and nothing to connect.
Step by step
- 1
Download the template
On Import, choose Download the template. It carries Course, Certifying agency, Date, Start time and Registration link.
- 2
Fill in one row per class
A date can be written as 2026-11-05, 11/5/2026 or Nov 5 2026, and a date with no year counts as this year. Only the course, date, start time and registration link are needed. Blank fields fall back to your profile: the class takes your profile address, an end time two hours after the start, and your first certifying agency.
- 3
Upload the file
Choose a CSV file, up to 300 classes and 2 MB at a time. Exporting as CSV from Google Sheets or Excel keeps the headings intact.
- 4
Read the result
Valid rows publish immediately and appear in My Classes. Rows that could not be read are listed with their row number and the reason, and the good rows still go live.
- 5
Fix and upload again
Correct the problem rows and upload just those rows, then check My Classes. You can add columns for anything else you want listed, such as price, class size, format, language or a description.

Everything here is self service
Your profile, classes, repeating schedules, schedule sync, spreadsheet imports, articles, notifications and your membership can all be set up and changed from your own dashboard, without asking us.
If you are stuck, read the guide for the step you are on first (see all guides), and search the help center for the words on the screen. That covers almost everything.
Still need a hand? Email mike@northvalleysolutions.com with what you were trying to do and what happened on screen, and we will help you through it.
