Fix a row that did not upload
What each skipped-row message means, and how to fix the row.
An import never stops at the first problem. Rows it cannot read are skipped and listed by row number, and the rest publish. Here is what each message means.
Step by step
- 1
Missing or unreadable date
The date column is empty or in a shape we could not read. Write it as 2026-11-05, 11/5/2026, Nov 5 2026 or 5-Nov-2026.
- 2
Missing or unreadable start time
Write the start time as 9:00 AM, 9:00 or 13:30.
- 3
No course name
The Course column is empty on that row.
- 4
No registration link on the row
Add your booking page for that class, or set a booking link on your profile and the row will use it instead.
- 5
That date is in the past or more than a year away
Classes can be listed from today up to a year ahead. Check the year in the date.
- 6
That row could not be read as a class
Usually a missing comma or a stray extra column. Export the file as CSV again and check that every row carries the same number of columns.

Everything here is self service
Your profile, classes, repeating schedules, schedule sync, spreadsheet imports, articles, notifications and your membership can all be set up and changed from your own dashboard, without asking us.
If you are stuck, read the guide for the step you are on first (see all guides), and search the help center for the words on the screen. That covers almost everything.
Still need a hand? Email mike@northvalleysolutions.com with what you were trying to do and what happened on screen, and we will help you through it.
