Import a schedule you already publish
Point us at the page you already keep and your classes are read from it automatically.
If your schedule already lives on a booking site, you do not need to type it in again. Sync reads the page you already publish and keeps your listings up to date from it.
Step by step
- 1
Open Sync
Choose Sync in the dashboard menu.
- 2
Add the page
Paste the address of the public schedule page you keep, for example your Enrollware, Acuity or Eventbrite page. The platform is recognized from the address.
- 3
Set the defaults
Choose the location and certifying agency to use when the page does not say, and how often we should check the page.
- 4
Run the first import
The preview shows what was found on the page before anything is added to your listings.
- 5
Review what came in
New classes arrive marked Needs review. Publish the ones you want from your class list, and reject anything you do not want; a later run will not bring rejected classes back.
- 6
Let it run
Later runs update times, prices and dates, and remove classes that have gone from your page. Any class you edited by hand is left exactly as you set it. If you would rather new classes go live without review, turn on auto publish in the source settings.

Everything here is self service
Your profile, classes, repeating schedules, schedule sync, spreadsheet imports, articles, notifications and your membership can all be set up and changed from your own dashboard, without asking us.
If you are stuck, read the guide for the step you are on first (see all guides), and search the help center for the words on the screen. That covers almost everything.
