Fix a schedule that stopped syncing
Read the error, check the page, and run it again.
When a schedule page cannot be read, its card shows a message, the source is marked Error, and you get an email if notices are on. Your listings stay as they were: sync simply stops updating them until it can read the page again.
Step by step
- 1
Read the message
The card under Schedule pages shows the last error, and the Sync log lists that run with its result and details.
- 2
Open the page yourself
The page has to be public with no sign-in, and the classes have to be on it rather than behind a booking step. Check it opens in a normal browser window.
- 3
Check the address
Choose Settings and confirm the Public schedule page address is still right and the detected platform matches. Save settings.
- 4
Run it now
Choose Run now and watch the log. A good run is listed as Success with the changes it made.
- 5
If it keeps failing
Point sync at your main schedule page rather than a single class page, or pause the source and post those classes by hand on My Classes.
More on schedule sync
Import a schedule you already publish
Point us at the page you already keep and your classes are read from it automatically.
6 steps
Review the classes a sync brought in
Publish or delete the classes sync found, and keep one from coming back.
4 steps
Let new synced classes publish automatically
Switch off the review step so new classes from your schedule page go live on their own.
3 steps
Change how often a schedule syncs, or pause it
Check the page once a day or every six hours, run it yourself, pause it, or remove it.

Everything here is self service
Your profile, classes, repeating schedules, schedule sync, spreadsheet imports, articles, notifications and your membership can all be set up and changed from your own dashboard, without asking us.
If you are stuck, read the guide for the step you are on first (see all guides), and search the help center for the words on the screen. That covers almost everything.
Still need a hand? Email mike@northvalleysolutions.com with what you were trying to do and what happened on screen, and we will help you through it.
