Add the locations you teach from
Save every place you teach and the cities you serve, so students find you on the map.
Students search by city, so list everywhere you actually hold classes. Coordinates are looked up when you save, which is what puts your pin on the map in search.
Step by step
- 1
Check your main location
Under Locations on My Profile, your main address shows an On the map badge once it has been located. If it says Not mapped yet, check the street, city, state and ZIP, then save again.
- 2
Add another location
Choose Add location, give it a nickname students recognize such as Mesa training room, and fill in the address.
- 3
List the cities you serve
Under Service area, add each city you teach in. Each one links to your classes on that city's directory page.
- 4
Turn on on-site training
Switch on We also teach on-site at your workplace if you travel to companies and organizations. Students see that on your profile.
- 5
Save the profile
Choose Save profile at the top of the page.

Everything here is self service
Your profile, classes, repeating schedules, schedule sync, spreadsheet imports, articles, notifications and your membership can all be set up and changed from your own dashboard, without asking us.
If you are stuck, read the guide for the step you are on first (see all guides), and search the help center for the words on the screen. That covers almost everything.
Still need a hand? Email mike@northvalleysolutions.com with what you were trying to do and what happened on screen, and we will help you through it.
