Add and arrange your photos
Upload your logo, a cover photo and a gallery, and put the photos in the order you want.
Photos are the quickest way to look like a real training business. Your logo and cover photo sit at the top of your profile and the gallery appears under your description.
Step by step
- 1
Upload the logo and cover photo
On My Profile, choose Upload beside Logo (square), then Upload cover photo. The logo is shown square, so a plain background works best. Replace swaps either one.
- 2
Add gallery photos
Choose Add photos and pick several at once. You can hold up to 20 gallery photos, and five or more makes a strong profile.
- 3
Describe each photo
Type alt text under each photo, for example students practising on a manikin. Screen readers and search engines read that text.
- 4
Reorder the gallery
Drag the handle on the left of a photo to move it. The order here is the order students see on your profile.
- 5
Save the profile
Choose Save profile at the top of the page. It shows whether you have unsaved changes.

If you are stuck, read the guide for the step you are on first (see all guides), and search the help center for the words on the screen. That covers almost everything.
